Silent House rising star Elizabeth Olsen wanted for Spike Lee's Old Boy

Sundance rising star Elizabeth Olsen famed for Martha Marcy May Marlene and Silent House has reportedly entered talks for Spike Lee's Old Boy remake.
Twitch report that Olsen is in talks for the female lead alongside the already cast Josh Brolin in the Park Chan-wook remake that sees Brolin's character freed after spending many years trapped in a cell by unknown captors and for reasons he does understand.
While no other roles have been cast, Rooney Mara and Mia Wasikowska have both been offered the female lead role while heavy hitters Colin Firth, Christian Bale and Clive Owen have all passed on the role of the villain.
Olsen will next be seen in the May 4 release of Silent House and has Peace, Love, & Misunderstanding, Red Lights and Liberal Arts ready for release. She also has Very Good Girls, Therese Raquin and Kill Your Darlings in pre production.
