First Look of Angelina Jolie in Maleficent

With production of the eagerly awaited big screen adaptation of Disney's Maleficent officially underway, the studio have unveiled the first image of Oscar winner Angelina Jolie as the titular villainess.
Maleficent is the directorial debut of fellow Oscar winner Robert Stromberg, and tells the untold story of the villain from 1959's Sleeping Beauty, showing the events which turned her away from good and drove her to curse the baby Aurora.
The fairytale adaptation features an all star cast including Sharlto Copley, Elle Fanning, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Miranda Richardson, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville and is expected in cinemas in March 2014.
