Carrie remake director Kimberly Peirce is set to remake Dominik Moll's With a Friend Like Harry

While she currently has her Carrie remake in production with Chloe Moretz in the title role of Carrie White, it has emerged that director Kimberly Peirce is set to remake Dominik Moll's With a Friend Like Harry.

The four time Cesar Awards winning and Palme D'Or nominated French thriller was titled Harry, un ami qui vous veut du bien (directly translated as Harry, He's here to help) and arrived in UK cinemas on November 10 2000.

It starred Laurent Lucas and Mathilde Seigner as a couple who reconnect with an old school acquaintance, Harry (Sergei Lopez) and at first they are happy with the accidental reunion, but as time progresses they begin to question Harry's suspicious motives.
