He's probably best known for his stint as Dave Williams in Desperate Housewives and more recently seen as Robert Quarles in Justified and word is Neal McDonough who has also starred on the big screen in Star Trek: First Contact and Minority Report is in talks to join the all star cast of RED 2.

McDonough who recently took on the guise of Dum Dum Dugan in the Marvel Universe for Captain America: The First Avenger is said to be up for an undisclosed role, and should he sign, he will join the returning cast of Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, Helen Mirren and Karl Urban in the Dean Parisot directed sequel.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and G.I. Joe: Retaliation star Byung-Hun Lee have also joined the film, which is said to see Willis's team of espionage specialists pursuing a weapon of mass destruction. In order to stop it, they must first break its creator out of his mental asylum home.

McDonough has Andrew Will's Sci-Fi The Prototype in post production, he is currently filming Scott Wiper's The Marine: Homefront with Ashley Bell and is rumoured to be reprising his role of Dum Dum Dugan in the announced Nick Fury solo outing.
