Bryant was born in The Bronx, New York. Her mother was fifteen years old at the time. Bryant attended, but did not graduate from, Yale University and studies acting in NY and LA with Tony Greco. She is a vegetarian and use to date the rapper/actor Saigon.
She has starred alongside Denzel Washington n Antwone Fisher in 2003, appeared in E.R as Valerie Gallant between 2003 and 2004 and appeared in Spider-man 2 (2004) as the woman in the web.
