American child actress best known as Grace Peyton in the hit comedy Nurse Jackie. Jerins had her debut in the film The Wedding in 2001, alongside Jaid Barrymore and Stephen C. Bradbury where she plays the flower girl. Jerins has also guest stared in television series such as Kidnapped and Law & Order, Guiding Light, As the World Turns, Six Degrees, and Saturday Night Live. She also has a main role in the comedy show Nurse Jackie.
In 2010, Jerins played one of the main characters in the film Remember Me beside Robert Pattinson.
