Do I get a free domain?
Yes, we want our hostees to be happy and their sites to be successful, so yes, if you
explain to us why you feel your site needs a specific domain, we will do what
we can to get it for you.
My site is so big, can you move it?
Yes, if your old site has SSH access we can move your site witin 24 hours. If you
don’t have SSH we will do our very best to help you move you within a few days.
What is your DNS?
If you own your own domain name, the first thing you will need to do is point your
nameservers to us, this information will be sent in your welcome email.
How do I access my Control Panel?
Your CPanel is located at www.yourdomain.com/cpanel. The Login and password are
the same as to your ftp account.
How do I set up a Database?
Go into your CPanel and go to the MYSQL Management. There you can create your mysql
database and user. If you can't do it on your own, then contact us please and we
will be glad to help you.
Can I have videos or audio on my account?
On your account you can store media files which are not bigger than 25 MB. They
must be zipped. If we notice that your account uses a large amount of bandwidth,
then we will offer you a free media account on our separate media server.
What is my Ads Code?
Please contact us for your specific Ads code. Do not ever attempt to alter the code
yourself. If you change your layout and need a different size or new colours, Please
email us specifying these details. We serve 728x90, 300x250, 160x600 advertisements
and only 468x60 on special request.
My account was suspended! Why?
There are many reasons which may force us to suspend a user's account. They are:
SPAM that is being sent from your account (because of the bugs in scripts), if you
use old versions of the scripts, eg Coppermine or PHPBB, and it kills our servers,
if you do not comply with our rules. If your account was suspended, you are obliged
to contact us. If you cannot make an upgrade of your scripts, contact us, and we
will do it for you.
I applied for hosting and I haven't heard from you?
We do not accept all websites. Every website must meet all required criteria - a
