2001 Maniacs (2005)

Horror icon Robert Englund chews the scenery as the one-eyed Mayor Buckman ensuring the ghostly residents of Pleasant Valley get their sadistic fun at the expense of a gormless group of horny Spring Break lost students during the town's 'Guts and Glory' Jubilee. England's partner in splatter-ific crime is Lin Shaye (Dead End) who as Granny shifts effortlessly from southern belle caricature to southern fried human cook. Love affairs with sheep, hunky farmhands pulling 'sissy' duty to seduce the gay student, minstrels straight out of Monty Python and the Holy Grail and 2.5 boob shots per second, 2001 Maniacs is a cannibal Confederate odyssey straight out of EC Comics. Not to mention the limb severing, acid sucking, bell crushing and human barbecue are all present and politically incorrect in a refreshingly vulgar and nasty slice of grind house exploitation from Cabin Fever director-turned-producer Eli Roth, who also appears in a road-kill cameo.
