SYNOPSIS

Yes, two years after the last season of 24, Kiefer Sutherland returns as Jack Bauer, but not quite as you remember him. Not only that, but all the action has shifted from Los Angeles to Washington.

So what’s been going on? Jack is no longer in the counter-terrorism business and is no longer working for the government. In fact, he’s standing trial on human rights charges (not surprising, considering some of his antics in the past). But don’t worry; he’s soon back in action. A terrorist unit breaches the government’s communication firewalls, nearly causing two planes to crash, and the White House needs Jack’s help to uncover who’s behind the plot. What’s really shocking is who is behind it all.

This seventh season continues to keep up high standards and includes appearances from Hollywood stalwart Jon Voight. He plays Jonas Hodges, who we know was involved with the violence Jack witnessed in Africa and had links to the White House. He’s set to become Jack’s biggest nemesis to date. Don’t miss it.
