It's action all the way as Jean-Claude Van Damme teams up with basketball star Dennis Rodman in this tough thriller. Van Damme plays Jack Quinn, a top US anti-terrorism operative on his final job. When his mission fails and his target, the shady terrorist Stavros, eludes him it seems all is lost.
Quinn awakes in 'The Colony' a think tank for spies who are too dangerous to roam the world, but too valuable to be killed. Here he learns that his pregnant wife is in danger as the target for Stavros' men. Quinn's help arrives with weapons dealer Yaz (Rodman) a flamboyant and destructive force. Together the two men can battle against the evil of Stavros.
