Dr. Dolittle (Eddie Murphy) is busier than ever. world-famous now for his ability to chat with animals, Dolittle has become a jet-setting lecturer and physician to people and animals alike. Add to that his responsibilities as a husband and father, and you have one overworked doc. In the midst of this turmoil, Dolittle receives a summons from his animal friends to save their forest from unscrupulous developers. Spotting a loophole in the legal system, Dolittle devises a plan to find a mate for an endangered bear. Comic mayhem follows as dolittle and his dog, lucky (Norm Macdonald), try to play cupid and teach a bumbling circus bear the ways of the wild...
