Like Rosemary's Baby, Lost Souls is a spine-tingling thriller in which faith battles reason. Winona Ryder plays a young woman who becomes aware of a satanic conspiracy that will plunge the world into the ultimate darkness.

To defeat the prophecy, she must convince a respected New York crime writer (Ben Chaplin), who is devoid of faith, that he is, infact, the target of conspiracy.

Philip Baker Hall, Elias Koteas, Sarah Wynter, John Beasley, and John Hurt also star in this Prufrock Pictures production , which marks the directorial debut of Academy Award-winning cinematographer Janusz Kaminski.
