New posters released for Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

The journey begins in just over three months, and to mark the occasion Warner Bros. Pictures have revealed brand new posters for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey exclusively on the official UK Facebook page!

The adventure of The Hobbit follows the journey of title character Bilbo Baggins, who is swept into an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor from the fearsome dragon Smaug.

Directed by Peter Jackson, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey comes to cinemas and IMAX on  December 14 featuring Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Benedict Cumberbatch, Elijah Wood, Evangeline Lilly, Luke Evans, Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving, Orlando Bloom, Richard Armitage, Andy Serkis, Christopher Lee, Lee Pace, Billy Connolly, Ian Holm, James Nesbitt, Barry Humphries, Graham McTavish and Stephen Fry.

The journey will continue with The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug on December 13 next year and concludes in 2014 with The Hobbit: There and Back Again on July 18.
