Battlestar Galactica's Katee Sackhoff joins all female action film

She's best known for her role of Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica, and word is that Katee Sackhoff has joined sought after star Gina Carano in an all-female action film.
Penned by Dutch Southern, the all female action epic is being described as the female version of The Expendables and is said to have Sigourney Weaver, Summer Glau and Linda Hamilton on its dream team list.
Carano was seen earlier this year in Steven Soderbergh's Haywire and is currently filming the sixth instalment in The Fast and the Furious franchise.
Meanwhile Sackhoff has Sexy Evil Genius and The Haunting in Georgia ready for release and The Chronicles of Riddick: Dead Man Stalking with Vin Diesel in post production set for a release next year.
