Armie Hammer could be Batman in The Justice League

He's making quite the name for himself, after appearing in the likes of The Social Network, Mirror Mirror and the forthcoming adaptation of The Lone Ranger, word is that Armie Hammer is in line to don the cape and cowl in Warner Bros. long in development hell Justice League adaptation.
According to Moviehole, Hammer is back on the studios radar in the DC Entertainment film, after he was previously the top choice to play Batman in the cancelled George Miller directed Justice League picture.
An insider notes that the "Batman in this movie might only be used in Justice League movies."
Which would mean that Hammer's turn as Batman would only be restricted to the Justice League universe rather than a future solo outing.
So it looks like it's full steam ahead on the film that would see Superman, Batman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter teaming up in a similar fashion to Marvel's Avengers Assemble.
