ANNA DANSHINA Wins 2 Best Actress Awards at Hollywood Sun Awards & Snowdance Film Awards takes the Lead in LOVE POSSIBLY

Anna Danshina is an up-and-coming Russian actress who has starred in many film and theatre productions and has taken the UK industry by storm. Anna plays the lead female role in the new feature film ‘Love Possibly’, directed by Che Grant and Michael Boccalini.
The feature film is a rom-com about an obsessed virgin (Alex Cough, played by Steve Hodgetts), who finally finds his fiancée (Lana Marusheva, played by Anna Danshina) on a Russian bride site.
Lana decides to move to London to marry him, but rom-com obsessed Alex soon realises that true romance is far from ordering a mail order bride. The film has been selected so far for no less than 13 film festivals and competitions, including screenings at the Raindance Film Festival (London, 30th September and 2nd October), LA Indie Film Fest (Los Angeles CA, 16th September), Catalina Film Festival (Long Beach CA, Opening Feature - 26th September), Laughlin International Film Festival (Laughlin NV, 6th October), Glendale International Film Festival (Glendale CA, 10th October) and Strasburg Film Festival (Strasburg VA, dates TBC) and entered for competition at the Comedy World Network International Film Festival, Los Angeles Cinefest (2019), Snowdance Film Awards, Aphrodite Film Awards, Hollywood Sun Film Awards, Westcoast International Film Festival and Crossing The Screen Film Festival.
The film has already been incredibly successful, winning the “Best Feature” award at LA Indie Film Fest and “Best Narrative Feature” at the Hollywood Sun Awards. Due to Anna’s talented acting skills, she won the award for “Best Actress” for ‘Love Possibly’ both at the Hollywood Sun Awards and at the Snowdance Film Awards. Her co-star Steve also won the award for “Best Actor” at the Hollywood Sun Awards.
Anna Danshina recently starred in the hit film ‘The Bromley Boys’ (based on a true story), directed by Steve Kelly, where she starred alongside well-known British actors Jamie Foreman, Martine McCutcheon, Alan Davies, Brenock O’Connor and Adam Deacon. Anna played Anoushka, the Russian girlfriend of Bromley Football Club’s Chairman Charlie McQueen, played by Jamie Foreman. The film had its premiere at Wembley Stadium in May this year, where it was a huge success and was covered by TV, radio, print and online media outlets across the UK.
Previously, Anna has starred in several feature films including: ‘Cordelia’ directed by Adrian Shergold, ‘You, Me and Him’ directed by Daisy Aitkens, 'Shapes' directed by Roberto Prestia. Anna has also appeared in TV shows such as ‘Family Matters’ and ‘Your Day in Court’. She has also been in many theatre productions such as ‘Cockroaches’, ‘Joy Division’, ‘Notes From Underground’, ‘Morphine’, ‘The Idiot’ and ‘Wife For Sale’. Anna is a graduate from the Drama Centre London 2016. She was born in Siberia and grew up in St. Petersburg. She is very intellectual and is a graduate of Oxford University where she was the president of the Oxford University Russian Society.
