Arrow star Stephen Amell confirms Justice League talks
With a proposed Justice League big screen adaptation rumoured to be on the way, the question a lot of fans have been asking is will Warner Bros. do what Marvel have done and link their TV Series in their film universe and it looks as though they may at least be thinking about it with word that Arrow star Stephen Amell has confirmed that he has discussed the film.
Speaking to Fandango, Amell revealed that the project would probably take longer to arrive than fans expect, and added that his focus will remain on the television show, explaining "All we have to do for something like that to happen, or even be a possibility, is continue to take care of business with our show and then we put ourselves in a position - but the important thing is our show.
I have had discussions, but I think the gestation process for this project is a lot slower than most people think. I mean, they haven't even shot the next one. They haven't even shot a frame of the movie before the movie everyone thinks is the Justice League movie."
Amell's Arrow currently airs on Monday's on Sky 1, season 2 has recently entered its second half.
As for the film universe, Man of Steel 2, which is referred to as Superman vs Batman has been delayed until 2016 and will star Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot.
