Battlestar Galactica heroine Katee Sackhoff keen on Ms Marvel role

While she's best known for her role of Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica it has emerged that Katee Sackhoff is keen to take on the role of Ms Marvel in Joss Whedon's sequel to Avengers Assemble.
Responding to a Tweet on Twitter, calling for her to take the role she Tweeted "Hell yes!"
It was recently reported that Marvel Studios are developing a Ms Marvel film, as well as Iron Fist, Black Panther, Runaways and additionally a reboot to Blade.
Sackhoff returns to cinemas alongside Fast & Furious 6 heavyweight Vin Diesel in Riddick and was recently seen in the straight-to-DVD film Sexy Evil Genius with Seth Green and Michelle Trachtenberg.
