Brad Peyton in talks to reunite with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for big screen adaptation of Rampage

After collaborating for the second time on disaster epic San Andreas, word is that Brad Peyton and Dwayne Johnson are set to reunite for the big screen adaptation of Rampage!

Deadline report that Peyton is in talks to direct the New Line Cinema project that will be Produced by San Andreas's Beau Flynn.

Written by Non-Stop's Ryan Eagle, Rampage will adapt the Midway arcade game that saw people play as monsters trying to tear down cities, with a production start date pencilled in for summer 2016.

Johnson is currently filming Central Intelligence with filmmaker Rawson Marshall Thurber which is due in Cinemas next July, and will lend his voice to Maui in Ron Clements and John Musker’s Moana.
