Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger locked in for The Expendables sequel
Speculation has been rife since a sequel to The Expendables was announced that action legends Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger have locked in substantial roles in the follow up.
We don't know how substantial at this point, but it has long been suggested that Willis will be the main antagonist who will battle the returning Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews and Jet Li.
This time around Con Air and The Mechanic director Simon West is calling the shots from a script by David Agosto and Ken Kaufman who collaborated with Stallone on the sequel.
There will be explosions a plenty when The Expendables sequel starts shooting in October for a release set for August 17 2012 here in the UK.
