Chris Pratt reportedly being eyed by Disney for Indiana Jones revival

Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt who will return to cinemas with Jurassic World is reportedly being lined up to lead a possible Disney revival of the iconic Indiana Jones.

Deadline report that the House of Mouse is developing a new Indiana Jones adventure after buying film rights from Paramount.

It isn’t a done deal, but according to highly placed sources Pratt has emerged as the leading candidate to take over from Harrison Ford.

At present, Disney has not released any comments on the report, so stay tuned to The Fan Carpet as this develops.

Pratt is currently working with Disney on Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy 2 which is slated for release on April 28 2017 and will next be seen in the aforementioned Jurassic World alongside Bryce Dallas Howard on June 12.
