Colin Farrell and Paula Patton attached to Duncan Jones’s Warcraft
With a big screen adaptation of the popular Blizzard Entertainment video game phenomenon World of Warcraft coming our way, it has emerged that Colin Farrell and Paula Patton might be attached.
Deadline report that Farrell has been offered a lead role in the film with Patton in negotiations to sign on to the film which will be directed by Moon's Duncan Jones.
Sources close to the film claim that Farrell is not yet decided on whether to take the part, while Jones is actively auditioning other actors for main roles.
The film will be titled Warcraft, and shooting is set to begin in January.
Farrell returns to cinemas with the Disney biopic Saving Mr. Banks alongside Tom Hanks on November 29, whilst Patton will be seen in the David E. Talbert comedy Baggage Claim on October 11.
