Craig Fairbrass Exclusively Reveals a Prequel to Rise Of The Footsoldier is in Development

London Live, the capital’s TV channel, had Craig Fairbrass on its sports series Jimmy Bullard Kicks Off last night to promote his new film Breakdown. The actor exclusively revealed that he had been approached by the makers and writers of Rise of the Footsoldier to star in a prequel currently entitled ‘Rise of the Footsoldier the Beginning’ that will be based on the Pat Tate’s entire life.

Craig Fairbrass said: “Well they are doing another one, they’ve asked me to do another one. I’m talking to them at the moment but its Julian Gibley who wrote the first original one, he’s now writing the script which is called Rise of the Footsoldier the Beginning and its basically based on Pat Tate’s entire life – from boy, borstal to the prison, the Kenny Noye, it’s another heavy duty gangster.”
