Daft Punk attend the World Premiere of Tron: Legacy in Los Angeles

The El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood was taken over by the World Premiere of Tron: Legacy last night. The sci-fi actioner that sees the legendary Jeff Bridges reprise his role of Kevin Flynn from the 1982 classic stars Garrett Hedlund and the gorgeous Olivia Wilde.

The premiere was attended by the cast and electronic musics sensational double act Daft Punk. Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo wore their trademark helmets while they donned black suits.

The film opens in UK cinemas nationwide on Friday 17 December the 3D high-tech adventure is set in a digital world that's unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), looks into his fathers disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years.
