Downton Abbey alumni Jessica Brown Findlay will be a trapeze artist in Paul McGuigan’s Frankenstein
Downton Abbey alumni Jessica Brown Findlay has nabbed a role in Paul McGuigan's Frankenstein adaptation alongside Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy.
The Hollywood Reporter report that Findlay will portray a trapeze artist whom Igor saves after an accident, before the two grow close alongside Radcliffe's Igor and McAvoy's Victor Von Frankenstein.
Chronicle scribe Max Landis has written the script for the adaptation of Mary Shelley's classic novel, which Radcliffe has said is "far and away the best script he's read coming out of a big studio in the time that he's been off Harry Potter".
And recently at the Toronto International Film Festival Radcliffe said "It's about two young, brilliant guys pushing each other. Eventually one loses his morality and the other has to bring him back."
Findlay will star opposite Will Smith, Colin Farrell and Matt Bomer in Akiva Goldsman fantasy Winter's Tale which is due out in the US on February 14 while the untitled Frankenstein film is due out on October 17.
