DreamWorks Animation and Netflix Announce Season 2 of DreamWorks Voltron: Legendary Defender Coming in 2017

Following the first season cliffhanger, Season 2 of DreamWorks Voltron: Legendary Defender sees the paladins scattered throughout the universe in wake of a tough battle with Zarkon, Haggar and the Galra Empire. The team will face new challenges as they bring mighty Voltron back together and plot to take down Zarkon once and for all when Season 2 premieres on Netflix January 20, 2017.

At New York Comic Con, fans were treated to a sneak peek of Season 2 when the cast and crew screened a full episode and answered fan questions on the Main Stage at Javits Center. Voice actors Jeremy Shada (Lance) and Bex Taylor-Klaus (Pidge) joined executive producer Joaquim Dos Santos, co-executive producer Lauren Montgomery and story editor Tim Hedrick to tease what's in store for Team Voltron.
With the voices of Kimberly Brooks (Ben 10: Omniverse, Justice League: War) as Princess Allura, Rhys Darby (What We Do in the Shadows, Flight of the Concords) as Coran, Josh Keaton (Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Transformers Prime) as Shiro, Black Lion Pilot, Tyler Labine (Reaper, Tucker & Dale vs. Evil) as Hunk, Yellow Lion Pilot, Jeremy Shada (Finn in Adventure Time, Batman: The Brave and the Bold) as Lance, Blue Lion Pilot, Bex Taylor-Klaus (Arrow, Scream: The Series, iZombie) as Pidge, Green Lion Pilot and Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead, The Legend of Korra) as Keith, Red Lion Pilot, Season 2 of Voltron: Legendary Defender premieres on Netflix on January 20 2017.
