Echo Lake to make ‘Man At Arms’ the further adventures of Lancelot
Throughout cinematic history, there have been many films about King Arthur, from John Boorman's classic 'Excalibur' (arguably the best version of the fabled hero) to the re-imagined Antoine Fuqua epic 'King Arthur' to even the animated adventure by Disney 'The Sword In The Stone'. All the films revolving around Camelot have had Arthur in the forefront, but what about the other Knights Of The Round Table?
Well for all those who have been praying for it, Echo Lake, one of the studios behind the hit comedy 'The Joneses' starring David Duchovny and Demi Moore have bought the rights to 'Man At Arms' from Jeremy Lott, which chronicles the further adventures of Sir Lancelot after the fall of Camelot.
There is no director attached yet, but the production team of Doug Mankoff and Andy Spaulding from Echo Lake and Bryan Brucks from Brucks Entertainment's and Aperture Entertainment's Adam Goldworm are looking for a director to give the film a distinct visual style. Once there is a director in place, they'll look for their Lancelot.
