Elizabeth Banks reveals crush on The Hunger Games co-star Woody Harrelson
The Hunger Games hits cinemas tomorrow amid rave reviews and Elizabeth Banks who portrays Effie Trinket in the highly anticipated novel adaptation has revealed that she loved working with Woody Harrelson.
The gorgeous actress who is known for the likes of Man on a Ledge, Scrubs and the Spider-Man trilogy tells Parade magazine "It was a dream to work with Harrelson, I like to say that Elizabeth Banks has a crush on Woody Harrelson and Effie has a crush on Haymitch, and Haymitch can't stand Effie. I don't know where Woody stands on Elizabeth."
Banks also praised her young co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson revealing that she was very impressed with the Winter's Bone Oscar nominee adding "Jennifer Lawrence is absolutely incredible. She carries the whole movie on her shoulders. She blows me away, and Josh is right there with her. He's such a lovely actor."
Directed by Gary Ross who will return to helm the sequel, The Hunger Games hits cinemas tomorrow and features the stellar cast of Liam Hemsworth, Wes Bentley, Isabelle Fuhrman, Woody Harrelson, Stanley Tucci, Toby Jones and Donald Sutherland.
