Emily Blunt set to collaborate with Tate Taylor for The Girl on the Train

Edge of Tomorrow and Into the Woods favourite Emily Blunt has reportedly entered negotiations to star in The Girl on the Train, based on Paula Hawkins's best-selling 2015 novel.
The Wrap report that Tate Taylor is on board to direct the DreamWorks film adapted to the screen by Erin Cressida Wilson.
Assuming Blunt signs, The Girl on the Train will see Blunt as Rachel, a divorced woman with an alcohol problem, who fantasises about the perfect life of a family whose house she passes on her daily commute.
But after seeing something shocking, she finds herself pulled into their lives and the problems that follow.
Blunt will next be seen in Denis Villeneuve’s Mexican drug cartel film Sicario and she is currently filming The Huntsman with Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth and will also lend her voice to Animal Crackers for Odin's Eye Entertainment.
