Ender’s Games star Harrison Ford hopeful of Indiana Jones return
Following the reveal that he will join Sylvester Stallone in The Expendables 3, it has come to light that Harrison Ford is still willing to star in Indiana Jones 5.
Ford last played the cult favourite globe-trotting adventurer in 2008's Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and while executive producer George Lucas has since gone into semi-retirement and Indiana Jones producer Frank Marshall downplayed the likelihood of a fifth film months ago, Ford has not given up hope of reprising the iconic role again telling The Daily Telegraph "We've seen the character develop and grow over a period of time and it's perfectly appropriate and okay for him to come back again with a great movie around him, where he doesn't necessarily have to kick as much ass."
Ford returns to cinemas with the October release of Gavin Hood's Ender's Game alongside Asa Butterfield, Hailee Steinfeld, Ben Kingsley, Abigail Breslin and Viola Davis.
