Evan Peters set to return as Quicksilver in Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Apocalypse

Whilst 20th Century Fox are set to release a Rogue Cut to last year’s incredible X-Men: Days of Future Past, it has been revealed that fan favourite Quicksilver will return to the X-Men franchise with X-Men: Apocalypse.
Taking to Instagram, acclaimed Director Bryan Singer shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the X-Men: Apocalypse set with the caption "Just another day at the office," alongside the hashtag "#Quicksilver".
Evan Peters will rejoin James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult as well as new recruits Kodi Smit-McPhee as Nightcrawler, Ben Hardy as Angel, Tye Sheridan as Cyclops, Olivia Munn as Psylocke, Lana Condor as Jubilee and Game of Thrones favourite Sophie Turner as Jean Grey with Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens star Oscar Isaac as the titular villain Apocalypse.
X-Men: Apocalypse is scheduled for release on May 27 next year.
