First Image From Rian Johnsons Sci Fi ‘Looper’
This time last year, The Fan Carpet was able to bring you news that Bruce Willis was set to star in director Rian Johnsons new sci fi action thriller 'Looper' and now we can bring you the very first image from the set showing Willis still bringing the goods despite his age, and looking particularly bad ass to boot!
Looper also stars Brick alumni Joseph Gordon Levitt. Levitt plays a hitman who kills people sent back in time from 30 years in the future. He shoots them with a blunderbuss and incinerates the bodies so no trace of the crime is left. The film takes an unexpected turn when a new target turns up, and guess what.. the target is himself from the future, and neither have any intention of backing down! Its a shame he isnt just popping back to remind him to delete his internet history that day he took his laptop into PC world to get fixed.
Knowing Johnson, this wont have ruined any major plot details, expect plenty more twists and turns. It will be good to see Levitt reuinted with his Brick Director, and frankly any film with Bruce willis carrying a gun can only be a good thing. The film will be out sometime 2012 , in the words of Rebecca Black 'we we we so excited!'
