GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN: A Tribute To Our Beloved Presenter Kimberley Marren Who Went With The Angels At 21.21 On January 26

01 February 2023

KIMBERLEY MARREN • 1988 - 2023 • GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN

WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS WHAT YOU MEANT TO US

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform The Fan Carpet community that our beloved colleague and friend Kimberley Marren has passed away at the age of 35, the most incredible mother, friend and colleague and inspiring soul that we were so lucky to have shared our lives with.

This is by far one of the hardest things that I will ever have to write, but I feel it is important for us to mourn the loss to our community, whilst celebrating the years that she was a bright light in the world.

Kim appeared in films Viking Nightmare (2012) and Brash Young Turks (2015) and the popular BBC television Drama series Doctors (2000). She was a talented Actress and Model, affectionately known as Kimmy, she was one of our very first presenters, brought into the community by The Fan Carpet co-founder Jess and presented at various premieres over the years, speaking to the likes of Helen Mirren, Bruce Willis, Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Logan Lerman, Zac Efron and many more.

Survived by her daughter, cousin, mother, brother and sister, Kim will forever be in our hearts, please join us in remembering Kim, the world is a little darker without her in it, and whilst we mourn the devastating loss of Kim, it was an honour and privilege to call her a friend. Kim is at peace now, we are deeply saddened by her passing.

We will never forget Kim, here are some of the premieres and events that Kim presented at, no matter the weather, she was always bubbly, positive, friendly and engaging. We miss her dearly.
