Guardians of the Galaxy’s Chris Pratt confirmed for Universal’s Cowboy Ninja Viking

Putting an end to the rumours, Universal Pictures have confirmed that Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World star Chris Pratt is attached to Cowboy Ninja Viking.

Variety also report that John Wick directors David Leitch and Chad Stahelski have entered talks to helm the comic book film which is an adaptation of writer AJ Lieberman and artist Riley Rossmo's Image Comics series has been in the works for some years.

Cowboy Ninja Viking is the story of Duncan, the subject of a counter-intelligence programme that took advantage of his Multiple Personality Disorder to create three deadly fighters in one.

Pratt has recently been rumoured for Disney’s proposed revival of Indiana Jones and will next be seen in the aforementioned Jurassic World alongside Bryce Dallas Howard which will have a spot at this weekends Super Bowl.
