Gwyneth Paltrow Goes Country

Gwyneth Paltrow stars in Tim McGraw's upcoming Nashville-set drama Country Strong. The film is helmed by Shana Feste, who directed 2009's The Greatest starring Carey Mulligan, Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon.
In the movie, Garrett Hedlund plays a rising young singer/songwriter who becomes tangled with a country singer (Paltrow). As they embark on a new tour with her husband/manager (McGraw) and a beauty queen turned singer (Leighton Meester), romantic shennanigans and long forgotten demons threaten the whole spittoon.
