J.J. Abrams can’t comment on shortlist of Actors to play title role in the Han Solo Anthology film

Following the colossal success of Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens, acclaimed filmmaker J.J. Abrams has declined to comment on and the announced shortlist of who will fill the shoes of Harrison Ford in the young Han Solo anthology film!

Earlier this week The Fault in Our Stars star Ansel Elgort​ and Whiplash star Miles Teller were among those reportedly in the frame to play the fan favourite character in the Phil Lord and Chris Miller directed film and telling press at Television Critics Association event "I wish I had something to say, but I don’t.”

The Han Solo Star Wars Anthology film is released on May 25, 2018.

Asked if he had any tips for the Actor who would step into the coveted shoes of For, Abrams added "Watch Raiders of the Lost Ark, it'll all be right there."​

It is believed that Disney and Lucasfilm are eager to lock down an Actor for the role of Han Solo, so that the character can make an appearance in Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story which is released on December 16.
