Joss Whedon announces that Principal Photography has wrapped on Avengers: Age of Ultron
Next summer will see the release of Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, and filmmaker Joss Whedon took to Twitter to announce that filming of the eagerly anticipated follow up has wrapped, leaving the Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator bereft.
The filmmaker, who oversees the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, posted a photo with the caption "What the hell do I do now?" as he announced that principal photography of the sequel has concluded.
Hitting cinemas on April 24 2015, Avengers: Age of Ultron will see the team of superheroes face off against the villainous robot Ultron, although details of the plot remain tightly under wraps and it will feature the stellar cast of Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Elizabeth Olsen, James Spader, Anthony Mackie, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Don Cheadle, Thomas Kretschmann, Paul Bettany with Andy Serkis and Hayley Atwell.
