He returns to cinemas with Kill Your Darlings this November, and Harry Potter alumni Daniel Radcliffe has admitted that he doesn't "particularly" miss working on the series.

Speaking to reporters at the Toronto International Film Festival where he is promoting his movies The F Word, Horns and the aforementioned Kill Your Darlings, radcliffe said he is pleased he can now work on different projects and The Daily Telegraph quote him saying "I'm excited that people will finally get a chance to see me do different stuff, we had a fantastic time doing Harry Potter but it's really exciting to move on and do other things."

Radcliffe also insisted that he will "always be incredibly proud" of his time as the boy wizard adding "I wouldn't be sitting here talking to you all if it weren't for Harry Potter. I have no illusions about that.

But I don't particularly miss it. I'm very happy doing other things now."

Radcliffe also revealed that he has not seen his Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson for a while joking "I'm sure I'll bump into her at one point.

But we were all together for ten years, so we're excited to be going off and working with new people now."

Directed by John Krokidas and also features Elizabeth Olsen, Michael C. Hall, Dane DeHaan, Ben Foster, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jack Huston, David Cross and Kyra Sedgwick, Kill Your Darlings opens on November 8.
