Lindsay Lohan being sued by disgruntled Betty Ford worker over bust up
And the hits keep on coming for Lindsay Lohan who gets to add another lawsuit to the many crimes, arrests and allegation piling up against her. Lohan was once again spotted outside an LA courthouse today, dressed in black and wearing a very tight floor length lycra skirt with some incredibly high Louboutin shoes that only Lindsay would think of wearing to court.
She is now being sued by a rehab worker at the Betty Ford clinic who was fired after an argument with the Mean Girls star. Lohan is being accused of assault and battery, and the women known as Dawn Bradley claims she was seriously injured during an argument with the 25-year-old in December and needs surgery on her wrist. Bradley was fired after she spoke about the incident on camera with a celebrity news website.
Apparently Bradley had been trying to give Lindsay Lohan a breathalyzer test after she missed curfew and was with two other girls who admitted drinking that night. Steve Honig, a spokesman for Lohan, declined to comment on the case.
Meanwhile there's more bad news for Lindsay as a judge has ordered her to spend more time doing community service and to get a new counsellor 'within three weeks' after saying she couldn't afford to pay her psychiatrist who was previously treating her. Not surprising since Lohan's finances must be drying up considering all this legal action being take against her.
However she is probably hoping to top up her bank balance with her role as Kim in
