Lopez sues husband over sex video

10 November 2009

Jennifer Lopez has been granted a temporary court order banning her ex-husband from selling a private sex video of the pair.

The actress has filed a £6 million lawsuit against her first husband Ojani Noa, who she briefly married in 1997.

It's claimed Noa has been approaching people in the film industry with intent to distribute the film How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story - which features the couple performing sexual acts. One scene reportedly sees them spending time in their hotel bedroom during their honeymoon.

A judge has blocked the movie until a further court hearing.

It's believed Noa's attempt to discuss their marriage breaches a contract he signed when the pair divorced. Lopez successfully sued Noa in 2004 over a tell-all book he had planned to publish.

Noa, who was married to the Maid in Manhattan star for 11 months, said, "I'm going to fight this."
