Malcolm McDowell set to star in Silent Night, Deadly Night remake

British acting legend and Hollywood Walk of Famer Malcolm McDowell who appeared in the remake of the cult classic Halloween is set set to take on another remake of an 80's classic in the form of Silent Night, Deadly Night.
Silent Night, Deadly Night is the story of a local police department who search for a killer Santa Claus terrorising a small town.
McDowell is onboard to play the sheriff of the force in the remake which will undergo principal photography next month, with Steven C Miller directing from a script by Jayson Rothwell for Anchor Bay.
