Maze Runner: The Death Cure’s Kaya Scodelario cast as Ted Bundy’s ex-wife in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile
She can currently be seen in Maze Runner: The Death Cure and word is that sought after talent Kaya Scodelario has signed on to Joe Berlinger’s Biographical Thriller Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile as Ted Bundy's ex-wife!
Deadline report that the Skins alumni will be playing Bundy's ex-wife Carole Ann Boone, who had a relationship with Bundy throughout his televised trial in a film that recounts the story of notorious serial killer Ted Bundy, who was executed in 1989 after confessing to a number of murders.
Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile also stars High School Musical alumni Zac Efron in the gritty lead role.
Written by Michael Werwie, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile also stars Lily Collins and John Malkovich as Bundy's long-time girlfriend Elizabeth Kloepfer and Judge Edward Cowart respectively.
Currently filming, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile will be told from the perspective of Elizabeth as she spends years in denial of Ted's crimes before ultimately turning him in.
As well as Maze Runner: The Death Cure, Scodelario can next be seen in Cinemas in Sean McNamara’s The King's Daughter later this year.
