Michael Keaton wanted for the role of Ray Kroc in The Founder

It has been reported that Golden Globe winner Michael Keaton is in talks for a role in the McDonald's film The Founder.

Variety report that the Birdman actor, who is on a resurgence in his career at the moment is in line to play Ray Kroc who turned McDonald's into a global fast food empire.

John Lee Hancock, who Directed Saving Mr. Banks for Disney, is said to be in negotiations to direct from a screenplay by Robert Siegel.

Jeremy Renner and Don Handfield who run FilmNation and The Combine are on hand to Producer.
