Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied become proud parents to a baby boy
Congratulations to Natalie Portman and French-born dancer fiancé Benjamin Millepied, who have today become parents to a healthy baby boy.
Not much is known about the birth at present, but stars are already tweeting their congratulations to the couple.
Comedienne Ellen DeGeneres, led tributes,posting on Twitter, "I'm so happy for my dance protégée Natalie Portman and her new baby boy! Congratulations!"
With Lindsay Lohan adding; "congrats to #natalieportman for her beautiful baby boy!"
The 30 year old Israeli born actress announced in December that she was pregnant with choreographer Millepied, 33, a highly respected ballet dancer whom she plans to marry.
Although the star is normally very private about her personal life, she couldn't help gushing about her impending Motherhood recently, saying;
"I have always kept my private life private but I will say that I am indescribably happy and feel very grateful to have this experience,"
She also admitted she would likely make "lots of mistakes but I am open to learning"
Father to be Benjamin also added;
"I'm going to take a lot of time off to enjoy this new stage of life that I'm really looking forward to," he said.
"It's the unknown and there's something so exciting when you know life one way and you can do all kinds of projects and exciting things, but this is going to be so different and new and I love that idea."
Congratulations to both new parents, we've no doubt that these two are going to do a great job, and we can't wait to see the pics of the new baby Portman.
