Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters siren Alexandra Daddario vying for Wonder Woman role

She can currently be seen as Annabeth in Thor Freudenthal's Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters and Alexandra Daddario has expressed interest in playing Wonder Woman on the big screen.
The Texas Chainsaw 3D actress said that she would "love" Warner Bros to finally bring the DC Comics heroine to cinemas and told Collider that she would love the lead role of Princess Diana of Themyscira revealing "Whether I'm in a Wonder Woman movie or not, I would love to be. I would love to see Wonder Woman get made. I would love to see this strong, female action hero."
Wonder Woman was most recently brought to the small screen with the ill fated Adrianne Palicki starring television pilot as well as the recently shelved Amazon series for the CW Network.
Wonder Woman is expected to make her cinematic debut in the long awaited Justice League adaptation and DC Entertainment head Diane Nelson has said that Wonder Woman is one of the company's 'top three priorities'.
Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters opened yesterday in cinemas and features Logan Lerman, Sean Bean, Nathan Fillion,, Stanley Tucci, Missi Pyle, Jake Abel, Daniel Cudmore, Anthony Stewart Head and Brandon T Jackson.
