Presenting Perfect Show for Rachel, a joyful and unpredictable new production by Zoo Co in collaboration with the pioneering theatre company Improbable.

Created with Rachel - a theatre-loving, enigmatic, learning-disabled 33-year-old who adores Kylie, heckling her sister and watching people fall over - this critically acclaimed show puts her in charge. At the touch of a button, Rachel commands the action, as a skilled cast brings her every whim to life - from bar-room brawls to a bourbon biscuit cabaret.

Blending physical theatre, live music, family memories, slapstick comedy and unapologetic fart jokes, Perfect Show for Rachel is a chaotic, moving and triumphant celebration of creativity, collaboration and control. Developed with Rachel to create a show entirely on her terms, it playfully questions who defines artistic taste - and who that may exclude.

Created by Zoo Co, the multi award-winning company who won the 2022 Oxford Samuel Beckett Theatre Trust Award, and Improbable, winners of Producer of the Year at The Stage Awards 2023, Perfect Show for Rachel will play at Contact Theatre as part of S!ck Festival in Manchester from 19 - 22 November.

It will then tour to Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch (5-7 February 2026), Sheffield Theatres (18-21 February 2026), Birmingham Rep (10-12 April 2026), Oxford Playhouse (13-16 May 2026) and Leeds Playhouse (27 May - 6 June 2026).
