Robin Williams joins Amanda Seyfried, Susan Sarandon and Robert DeNiro in Gently Down The Stream
Everyone's favourite funnyman Robin Williams has joined the comedy Gently Down The Stream. Amanda Seyfried who is already confirmed to star in the film, told Showbiz 411; "I just heard Robin Williams is joining gently down the stream"
However apart from that, nothing else was revealed and at present Robin's role in the film remains a mystery. Robert DeNiro and Diane Kruger, as well as Katherine Heigl, Susan Sarandon, and Topher Grace all have roles in the film about a dysfunctional divorced couple who pretend to still be together during their adopted son's wedding for the sake of the birth mother. It sounds like the Birdcage meets Meet The Parents, and we can't wait!
The film has no release date as of yet but filming is expected to begin in July.
