Screen hottie Kat Dennings reveals flood changed her career path

03 December 2011

Hollywood hottie Kat Dennings who has appeared in Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, The House Bunny and this year's Thor has revealed that a flooding nightmare made her change career paths to become an actress.

Speaking to Bust Magazine, the gorgeous actress said "I knit, I paint, I draw, I was gonna go to art school for classical illustration. I was getting a portfolio together. Every piece of art I'd ever made was on the floor where I was living. I go away for a while, come back, and a pipe had burst or something. It was flooded. Everything got destroyed - every single piece of art I had ever done so I didn't go to art school. I took it as a sign."

Dennings is now one of Hollywood's top talents and can currently be seen as Max Black in new U.S. TV hit 2 Broke Girls and has Renee the upcoming biopic of Renee Yohe in post production for release next year.
