Sharon Stone is Pixie Lott’s Mother in ‘Sweet Baby Jesus’
The upcoming comedy 'Sweet Baby Jesus' has reportedly signed 'Basic Instinct' star Sharon Stone to play the mother of UK Pop sensation Pixie Lott in the film.
Pixie's hits include 'Mama Do' and 'Boys and Girls', Peter Hewitt, who brought us 'Garfield' and 'Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey,' will direct from a script by Steve Blair with filming said to begin in Maryland and Ireland in September for a 2011 release.
The film, transplants the nativity story to '70s-era Bethlehem, Maryland, since the events play out at Christmas time, the locals begin expecting a Second Coming.
The film will surely be the source of a lot of controversy, but the cast is looking good with Adrien Brody reportedly in negotiations to play Joseph and Bette Midler playing the Inn Keeper.
