Introducing award winning director David Lilley's gritty British Gangster/Horror/Comedy Short Film ... let's get this heist kickstarted

The Fan Carpet are proud to announce that ‘Loonatik and Drinks’ are making a new short film, SOCKS AND ROBBERS, which promises to be like nothing you have seen before. Written and directed by the award winning David Lilley, and produced by Jenn Day, Socks and Robbers is set as a gritty British Gangster/Horror/Comedy to not only blow the bloody doors off, but to knock your socks off as well.

To truly bring this unique vision to the big screen, we still need a little bit extra to meet the unique challenge of bringing our never before seen characters to life. We will be blending some old-skool visual effects with modern VFX techniques to create some stunning visuals, and we will also need a little additional help with funding to populate and build some of the more extravagant set designs. We have secured the use of a grand hall in which to set the main bank heist, thus requiring a set build to turn the lavish hall into an opulent bank scene to further draw our audience into a stunning world of visual splendour.
